The information we collect from you when you open a trade account with W.J. Parnis England is explained below. What personal information do we collect?

In the process to open a new account with W.J. Parnis England, apart from outlet name, address and telephone number, we collect the following Personal Information: Full Name, Address, Mobile Number, Email Address, ID Card Number, Owner Signature, and a copy of the owner ID Card.

Why do we need this information?

We collect this information in order to open the trade account, for contact purposes including sending of statements, copy of invoices and credit notes, offers, events, and product catalogues, deliveries of goods and for credit purposes.

The information from this form will be sent directly to people with the appropriate security levels. Access to this information is solely accessible by this group of people.

No automated decisions will be effected on your behalf, using the provided information.

For how long do we keep your information?

All the information is kept securely stored on our systems, as long as you are an active customer. If you decide to stop being a trade customer, you must inform us in writing on the contact details above and any Personal Data will be removed unless there are pending invoices, or disputes such as Credit Issues in which cases the Data will be kept until the disputes are resolved.
